Am I locked into any services or long-term contracts?
Not at all. You can book a one-time project (like a website build) or choose monthly retainer packages for ongoing tasks like social media management or online business management.
Care plans and retainers are month-to-month with the flexibility to pause, upgrade, or cancel with notice. No hidden penalties.
What are your standard pricing options?
Every business is different, so I provide custom quotes after the discovery call.
Here are some typical starting points to guide you:
Website Design: start at $1000 for service based websites this includes an on-page SEO setup for your custom, mobile and tablet responsive site
Virtual Assistance: from $40/hour
Online Business Management (OBM): from $50/hour
Social Media Management: from $350/month depending on platforms and posting frequency.
Can I combine your services?
Absolutely! Here at Rustic Roots Digital we are your one stop shop for all of your small business needs! If you don’t see something that you are wanting help with reach out to us, its likely we can provide that service for you at a special rate.
How do payments work?
Projects: 30% deposit to secure your spot, 50% at the midway point and then the remaining 20% at completion of the project
Monthly Services: Invoiced at the start of each month.
All invoices can be paid securely online.
How long will my project take?
Timelines depend on the service:
Websites: typically 4–6 weeks depending on complexity and other projects that are in the works.
Ongoing services (VA, OBM, Social Media): start as soon as onboarding is complete.
You’ll receive a detailed schedule with every proposal.
Can you work with businesses outside New Zealand?
Absolutely! I have clients in New Zealand, Australia and even the USA! I collaborate with clients worldwide using email, GoogleMeet, and cloud-based tools.
What if I need to scale up or down later?
Nothing is ever a problem here at Rustic Roots Digital. Packages are designed to grow with your business you can add more hours, shift focus, or reduce support as your needs change.
Will I get training or support?
Yes. For websites, I include a walk-through and quick reference guide.
For ongoing services, we set up a communication system that works for your business (like weekly check-ins or monthly video calls) so you’re always supported. As always I am contacted by email within business hours of 9am-5pm, Monday – Friday
