How do we communicate and share tasks?
You’ll always work directly with me. We can connect via email, Zoom, Slack, or your preferred tools. I also set up a shared workspace (like Google Drive or Trello) so everything stays organised and transparent.
Am I locked into a long-term contract?
Not at all. Virtual Assistance packages (in fact all of our services) are flexible and month-to-month. You can scale hours up or down, or pause with notice which makes us perfect for seasonal or project-based needs.
How is time tracked and billed?
I provide clear reporting on hours and tasks via my Toggl Track timer, so you’ll always know what’s been done. Packages are available at a set monthly rate or on an hourly basis, depending on your preference.
How quickly can we get started?
Typically within a week of our discovery call. After we discuss your priorities, we set up systems, share access, and begin working on your tasks right away.
